Ordering Instructions

We strongly recommend your artwork be in a vector format for a crisp and clear print.
(.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) All non-vector artwork should be 300dpi or you may see some pixelation occurring. Your artwork should be created to the proper size, and must have an 1/8" bleed on all edges. Please submit your artwork in CMYK colourspace, RGB artwork will be converted to CMYK which may result in colours looking off.

You can submit your artwork to your MyBadges sales representative, or to artwork@mybadges.com.

Please submit your data as an Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheet.
Each column in your spreadsheet will represent a location (or line of text) to be printed on your badge.
Once your spreadsheet is submitted, any changes will incur a $20 fee.

Please allow enough time for proof approval, production and shipping.
These badges ship out of MA in the USA.

MyBadges.com prefers to use Adobe Creative Suite CC.

Illustrator® (.ai) is our graphics department’s preferred layout software. Colours must be defined as either Pantone or CMYK. To avoid font problems, all non-variable text must be converted to curves/outlines. Please include font file(s) for variable-text (names, titles, company, etc.) when submitting your order. (additional file types: .eps, .svg)

Photoshop® (.psd) We use Photoshop to edit and correct all photographic images and complex illustrations. If raster artwork is the only art available, submitting unflattened art files at >300dpi is required for best printing results. Images should be sized accordingly with all bleeds (if applicable) & clearances accounted for.
