Artwork Requirements

Please supply the artwork in vector format and saved as an .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .eps or pdf file. All text must be outlined.
We can work with other formats (jpg, bmp, tiff, psd etc.) but that will create a delay in preparing a proof. There will also be a 25.00 artwork conversion charge.

Artwork Guidelines

•100% CMYK solid coated pantone colours, no half-tones.
• Vector based artwork, all text converted to ”Outlines” to eliminate font matching.
• No embedded bitmaps (.GIF, .JPG, .PNG, .TIF).
• Acceptable file formats: .AI, .PDF, .EPS, .CDR, .CMX
• NOT acceptable: .GIF, .JPG, .PNG, .TIF, .DOC, .XLS, .PPT
• Art touch-ups and rebuilds, minimum $25.
• Minimum font size is 6 pt. and line weight is 0.5 pt.
